For sanitary reasons, we are not able to accept returns on opened, used or sampled items. Due to the special and limited nature of this sale, we are unable to offer exchanges for different or additional items.
RETURNS
To initiate a return, please email CS@archipelago-usa.com with the following information:
An Archipelago customer service associate will respond with a Return Authorization Number and address to where the merchandise may be returned. To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Return Authorization Number and the original Packaging Slip. Once the item(s) is received in an unopened and saleable condition, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs through the carrier of their choice. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
DAMAGES / MIS-SHIPMENTS
In the case that your item(s) arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped, please email CS@archipelago-usa.com with the following information within 14 days of the delivery date of your order:

To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Return Authorization Number and the original Packaging Slip.
